How and when do I pay for my itinerary?We accept payment by cash or cheque, prior to the commencement of the hire. Any additional charges, such as extra time or parking, must be settled at the end of the hire. back to top
Do you require a deposit at the time of booking?Yes. We require a deposit of £50 to secure your booking. back to top
Is there a charge if I wish to make changes to my booking?There is no charge to amend your booking, provided we receive 48 hours notice. back to top
Will my booking be confirmed?We will send you a confirmation letter by post, fax or email (provided time allows). back to top
Do you have a lower rate for quieter periods?Yes. on Mondays through to Thursdays you will usually receive a favourable hire rate. back to top
What if our hire extends beyond the agreed booking times?The times agreed in the booking must be adhered to. Travel outside of these times will be charged accordingly. back to top
What is a typical hire?There isn't one! We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating to meet your individual requirements. We have had some unusual requests but those are between us and our clients! back to top
How far ahead shall we book?Bookings should be made as early as possible to avoid disappointment. For annuak events such as royal Ascot, the cars are often booked 12 month ahead. Weddings on a Saturday should be booked 6 months in advance, to increase the likelihood of the specific date being available. back to top
Do you do airport runs?Yes, to any UK airports. back to top
What is the maximum number of passengers you can carry?8 passengers, plus your chauffeur, is the maximum number of occupants in accordance with our insurance. back to top
Do children count as passengers?Yes. back to top
Are your limosines fitted with seat belts?Our cars are fitted with seat belts for your safety and these must be worn by forward - facing passengers. back to top
Do you sell alcohol?No. We provide complimentary wine, champagne and soft drinks. back to top
What is your smoking policy?We operate a strict no smoking policy for all our limosines. back to top
What type of in car entertainment do your vehicles have?All our vehicles come eqipped with a radio, cassette player, CD player and DVD as a minimum. back to top
Do you supply the music CD's and DVD's?Yes, but we accept that not everyone's taste is the same, so our clients are welcome to supply their own. back to top
How can we be sure of our collection arrangements and what happens if there are any problems?For your peace of mind, we provide you with the driver’s contact telephone number and Check In’s out of hours number. We will also ask for your mobile telephone number, so we can inform you in the unlikely event of any problems. back to top
How many collection and return points do you allow?We aim to be flexible but 3 is usually the maximum. back to top
Are we expected to tip the driver?Our chauffeurs appreciate any gratuity but there is no obligation. back to top
What if we accidentally damage the car?Clients are held responsible for any damage to the car, including sickness, spillages, stains, cigarette burns and fabric tears. Charges will be incurred for the necessary car valet and repairs, in accordance with our terms and conditions. back to top
What type of insurance do you have?Our policies include cover for the vehicle, driver, passengers and public liability. back to top
How experienced are your drivers?Our chauffeurs all hold HGV or PSV licenses, so they are skilled in driving large vehicles. back to top
Which limousine models do you operate?All of our vehicles are the new facelift 2003 Stretch Lincoln Towncars. back to top
How long are your stretched limousines?The Ford Lincoln Towncar stretched limousines are around 33 feet in length! back to top
Are they difficult to drive?Our experienced chauffeurs have had plenty of practice and always take their time to ensure your complete safety. The length and turning circle can be challenging on smaller roads! back to top
What is the MPG?On a longer journey with a fair proportion of motorway driving, the 'miles per gallon' will average around 14. In towns and cities this will reduce to 8 or 9 MPG. When idling, the car uses around 2 gallons of petrol every 3 hours! back to top
How often is your limousine serviced?Our service interval is every 3000 miles. Our cars are subject to a thorough daily inspection. back to top
